Australian Turf Club is looking for experienced casual Functions & Event Waitstaff to join our Front of House team. This role is primarily based at Rosehill Gardens, supporting our Hospitality Functions & Events operations, with additional opportunities available across other Australian Turf Club locations.

We’re seeking candidates with strong table-service experience and excellent attention to detail.

Shifts will be available at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse from Saturday, 14th March 2026, however once appointed, there will also be shifts at our other venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow hygiene, safety, and ATC policies
• Deliver food and beverage service for large-scale functions and events
• Carry and serve food efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain high standards of presentation and service
• Support bar, floor, and event operations as required

What we’re looking for:

• Valid RSA certification (mandatory)
• Ability to confidently carry three plates (this will be skills tested)
• Previous experience in functions, events, or hospitality environments
• Excellent communication skills, speaking clearly and concisely with guests and colleagues to provide an exceptional experience
• Impeccable grooming and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Quick learners who prioritise exceptional customer service, communicate effectively and ensure team camaraderie
