THE OPPORTUNITY

Based at Randwick Racecourse the Membership Services Administrator will join our supportive, fun and dynamic Membership Team, acting as a liaison between our valued Members and the Club as well as working closely with the Membership Manager to meet the operational demands of our racedays.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the first point of call for members by attending to phone calls, emails and face to face enquiries as they arise
  • Manage the member ticket office and concierge on Saturday racedays
  • Carry out data entry, recording, cleansing, audit, and maintenance in the membership database system
  • Undertake administrative activities associated with the annual membership renewal process
  • Manage allocation, bookings and ticketing requirements

THE RIGHT FIT

To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:

  • Previous experience dealing with challenging customers and working in a customer service environment
  • A can-do pragmatic approach to problem solving with a proven high level of communication, customer service and presentation skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM program would be an advantage
  • Possession of a driver’s licence and car is preferred as travel to other venues is required
  • Tertiary qualifications in suitable discipline or equivalent experience would be an advantage
