Based at Randwick Racecourse and reporting to the Head of Membership, the Membership Operations Supervisor is highly customer focused, acting as the conduit between our Members, Operations, Commercial and Membership on racedays, attending to Member enquiries in real time. This role will work to improve on the experience overall for Members and their guests, increasing attendance and retention whilst acting as the face of Membership.

Key objectives of the role include:

  • Responsible for the management of the club’s feedback register identifying trends and developing solutions
  • Ensure on racedays all Member related enquiries are attended to professionally
  • Coordinate Membership loyalty program including managing seating allocations and eligibility program
  • Collaborate with the Head of Membership and Sales team to ensure Member packages are tailored to Member segments and offer a range of opportunities
  • Assist with the planning, execution and management of key events for Members.
  • Act as a liaison between on the day Membership customer service team and Operations
  • Review on the day activations and provide feedback for improvement
  • Promote a safety culture and practices with all stakeholders and demonstrate personal commitment to safety at Australian Turf Club



To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:

  • Proven experience in a membership or customer service-based organisation
  • Experience implementing customer engagement and segmentation programs
  • Excellent communication, customer service, presentation, and networking skills
  • Experience managing staff in a customer service environment
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and deliver customer outcomes
  • Tertiary qualifications in suitable discipline or equivalent experience
