Based at Randwick Racecourse and reporting to the Head of Membership, the Membership Operations Supervisor is highly customer focused, acting as the conduit between our Members, Operations, Commercial and Membership on racedays, attending to Member enquiries in real time. This role will work to improve on the experience overall for Members and their guests, increasing attendance and retention whilst acting as the face of Membership.
