Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner and working as part of a tight-knit HR team, the HR Business Partner will work closely with their client group in both a strategic and operational capacity. 

In a well spread HR role, with a focus on proactive HR projects, you will be working across: development & succession planning, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, EBA negotiations, talent and culture initiatives. You will partner closely with your client group, understanding the business and individual needs of the team, delivering exceptional support & guidance to leaders and employees to identify opportunities, trends, and providing solutions to proactively drive the business forward and contribute to making ATC a great place to work. 


To be successful in the role, the right person will display: 

  • Previous experience as a well-rounded HR Business Partner across the entire employment lifecycle, ideally supporting in medium sized organisations with diverse workforces;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent;
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice;
  • Strong ability to effectively interact with people at all levels, maintaining privacy & confidentiality;
  • Previous experience running periodic activities like remuneration reviews, performance reviews, internal HR reporting & analysis, WGEA reporting, etc;
  • Previous experience in EBA negotiations;
  • Experience working on HR projects (induction, performance management, L&D, remuneration & benefits) highly desirable;
  • Understanding of what drives & builds organisational culture and passion for creating truly great workplaces;
  • The ability to take initiative, challenge the norm, think creatively, as well as have a flexible approach to work;
  • Strong team player qualities;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a great multitasker.
