THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re searching for a commercially driven partnerships leader who can fuel our revenue growth and elevate our position within the racing industry. You’ll take the lead in designing and executing a high-impact partnerships strategy that expands our stable of partners while maximising the value of our existing relationships.

With your deep understanding of the racing landscape, strong industry networks and sharp commercial instincts, you’ll identify, secure and grow high-value partnerships that deliver sustainable revenue and strengthen our long-term competitive edge. This is your chance to shape the partnerships ecosystem that powers our success on and off the track.

DAY TO DAY, THE ROLE WILL:

  • Manage the operations of the Partnerships function ensuring portfolios among team members are distributed correctly
  • Maintain the existing sponsorship client base and facilitate the achievement of growth and profit objectives
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability and customer experiences
  • Construct partnerships strategies to deliver return on investment
  • Research targeted companies to understand industry dynamics
  • Produce initiatives to push the boundaries and achieve business objectives
  • Foster sound financial management capability, and a thorough understanding of P&L management within partnership and sponsorship environments.

 

THE RIGHT FIT

  • Extensive leadership experience at a senior level
  • Exceptional negotiating skills - closing high value business to business partnership deals
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • The ability to influence and engage a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Advanced business planning and strategic execution skills, with a focus on achieving long-term commercial objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to motivate teams and consistently deliver high-performance outcomes.
