THE OPPORTUNITY

As Executive Chef, you will lead an award winning and innovative team in the delivery of our race days and events, creating memorable and unique culinary experiences for our valued guests.

 Key Result Areas: People Leadership, Strategy Implementation and Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Financial, Customer Experience, Innovation, Stakeholder Management.

THE RIGHT FIT

To be successful in the role, you will possess:

• Previous experience in a similar role leading in a fast paced and large scale/multiple venue environment
• A lead by example approach – set and maintain a high professional standard by displaying pride in your work and making yourself accountable for the outcome
• Exceptional communication skills, celebrating the wins and ensuring everyone has a voice
• A strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills always driving business performance
• Strong hands-on leadership skills, motivating, inspiring and developing team members
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• A sound knowledge of HACCP and a safety-first mindset
• A demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation, empowering your team to do the same
