Australian Turf Club is seeking experienced Front of House Supervisors to join our Front of House team. Based primarily at Rosehill Gardens, this role oversees our Hospitality areas and Special Events operations, with opportunities to work across other Australian Turf Club venues.

We’re looking for candidates with strong table-service experience and a sharp eye for detail.

Shifts will be available at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse from Saturday, 14th March 2026, however once appointed, there will also be shifts at our other venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise FOH teams across functions and a la carte environments
• Lead service delivery and ensure operational standards are met
• Support staff performance, workflow, and on-the-day decision-making
• Liaise with managers to resolve service issues and guest concerns
• Ensure end-of-shift paperwork is accurately completed, including submission of staff reports

What we’re looking for:

• Valid RSA certification (mandatory)
• Proven experience supervising FOH teams in hospitality or events
• Strong service knowledge across a la carte and/or functions environments
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, speaking clearly and concisely with guests and team members
• Confident, calm, and solutions-focused approach, fostering a high-performing team and guest-focused environment.
• Ability to lead teams in high-pressure, high-volume settings
