THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Rosehill Bowling Club venue is seeking a professional full-time Club Supervisor to join our team on a three (3) month max-term contract. The Club Supervisor will be a hospitality all-star and will have a passion to deliver award-winning customer service to our guests. If you don’t have experience in all the key areas, you are still encouraged to apply as we have the ability to adjust the role to suit the right persons strengths and interests. Other key accountabilities of the role include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and championing the ATC Service Pillars.
• Ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of members and guests;
• Planning, administration, and hands-on supervision for team members;
• Accurate daily cash reconciliation, processing and completing management reports;
• Actively contributing new and innovative ideas for the Club;
• Ensuring the safety and security of the venue, team members and patrons at all times;
• Monitoring and responding to trade levels through a keen sense of situational awareness and effective allocation of resources as required;
• Ensuring implementation of ATC policies, procedures and legislative requirements including Occupational Health & Safety, Emergency Procedures, HACCP Safe Food Standards, Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Conduct of Gambling;
• Promoting and delivering a high-performance culture within the Rosehill Bowling Club team;
• Event sales and management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

THE RIGHT FIT

To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:

• Current NSW RSA & Advanced RCG competency.
• Previous experience in a similar role - KENO, TAB and gaming experience highly regarded.
• Outstanding customer service skills and always looking for ways to exceed our guests' expectations;
• The right to work in Australia;
• First Aid/ CPR certification highly regarded.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills;
• A leadership style that is supportive and encourages peak performance;
• Availability to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and Public Holidays;
• Event and function experience highly regarded
• Competent to work in any area of the business - Bar, Gaming, TAB, Keno, Cellar, Reception, Front of House, Coffee Shop and Floor;
• Solid computer skills with the ability to use Word and Excel
